Changes you can see on ExamFitr, newest first. Size changes for a single exam are also shown on that exam's page as its “last checked” date. Sources are explained in the editorial policy.
: Trust pages, benchmark data and an embeddable resizer
- New pages: editorial and sourcing policy, security and data handling, cookie policy and this changelog.
- The About page now explains how the tool works, step by step (English and Hindi).
- New benchmark data page with the full JPEG-quality and background-removal measurements, a methodology note and JSON/CSV downloads.
- The core resizer can now be embedded on other websites: see Embed the resizer.
- If analytics is enabled and you decline (or change your mind after accepting), the site now also deletes the Google Analytics cookies it set.
: New exams, official sources, guides and the document kit
- New exam pages with official sources, in English and Hindi: NEET PG, MHT CET, WBJEE, OCI card and HTET.
- CTET, SBI, BPSC, TNPSC and Parivahan (driving licence) sizes re-checked against official notices and published again. TNPSC now uses the photo and signature ranges from TNPSC's own instructions.
- UPSC's old instruction PDF stopped loading, so the UPSC source now points to UPSC's official OTR FAQ (photo 550–1000 px, signature 350–500 px, 20–300 KB).
- Agniveer Vayu sizes corrected, but the page stays hidden from search until the official notice can be read.
- New teacher-eligibility hub (CTET, HTET, UGC NET) and a banking table for forms that follow the IBPS four-file format (IDBI, NABARD Young Professional, IPPB).
- 13 new English guides, 3 Hindi translations and 1 Hindi explainer on KB, pixels and DPI.
- Benchmark article: JPEG quality vs file size and how much a white background saves, measured with the site's own encoder.
- Document kit: download every file for an exam in one ZIP with a README of the specs used.
- A “report a wrong size” link on every exam page.
: Site structure, tool pages and verified privacy
- Clear home page, a tools hub with four categories, exam category hubs and breadcrumbs on every page.
- Every tool page rebuilt: short answer, the tool, how to use it, worked examples with measured outputs, use cases, FAQ and related guides.
- Page titles and descriptions shortened so they are not cut off in search results.
- Sitemaps, robots.txt, a real 404 page, redirects for renamed URLs and security headers.
- Optional Google Analytics that loads only after you accept it.
- UPSC photo preset changed to 550 × 550 px, because UPSC asks for 550–1000 px.
- JEE Main now links to NTA's official notice instead of a third-party site.
- Fixed: cleaned-up signatures could come out grey instead of white.
- Exam groups whose sizes could not be confirmed from an official source were hidden from search until re-sourced.
- Tested: every tool was run while recording network traffic, and no file was uploaded. See Security.

- The exam sizes in the preset database were checked against their sources. This is the “last checked” date you see on most exam pages.
