- UTIITSL: its photo and signature specifications are not yet verified against an official UTIITSL page, so none are listed here.
- Protean lists the dimension as '3.5X2.5 cms' - read as 3.5 cm high x 2.5 cm wide (portrait), i.e. 197 x 276 px at 200 DPI.
How do I resize my PAN files?
