All exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the relevant photo/signature requirements.

Accuracy of specifications

We compile photo and signature specifications from publicly available exam guidelines and keep them updated to the best of our ability. However, requirements can change without notice and may differ between notifications, cycles, or portals. The presets in ExamFitr are provided for convenience only.

You are responsible for verifying the exact requirements on the official notification or portal before submitting your application. If the portal shows a different limit than our preset, follow the portal. Each preset shows its source link, a confidence label (official / secondary / unverified) and the date we last checked it. We do not guarantee that any file produced with ExamFitr will meet a specific portal’s requirements or be accepted.

No guarantee of acceptance

Meeting the pixel and KB limits does not guarantee acceptance. Authorities also check face size, expression, background colour, glasses, shadows, how recent the photo is and signature legibility. Background removal and face detection are automatic and can make mistakes — always check the output before you upload it.

ExamFitr and its owners are not responsible for rejected, delayed or cancelled applications, lost fees, missed deadlines, or any other consequence of using the tool or the information on this site.
