By accessing or using ExamFitr (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What ExamFitr is

ExamFitr is a free, browser-based utility that helps you resize, crop, compress and adjust photos and signatures for exam and government forms. All processing happens on your own device.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and with images you have the right to use.
• Do not use the Service to create fraudulent, forged, misleading, or identity-deceiving documents.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, overload, or misuse the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the images you process and how you use the output.

3. No guarantee of acceptance

We provide exam specifications and presets in good faith, but we do not guarantee that a file produced with ExamFitr will be accepted by any particular exam portal or authority. Requirements change and portals vary. Always verify against the official notification. See our Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

The ExamFitr name, logo, site design and original code are owned by us. Open-source components and models used by the tool remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licenses. You retain all rights to your own images.

5. Third-party services

The Service uses open-source libraries and models, all served from this website: the MODNet portrait-matting model (Apache-2.0), ONNX Runtime Web (MIT), Google MediaPipe Tasks Vision (Apache-2.0), face-api (MIT), heic2any (MIT), UTIF.js (MIT) and pako (MIT), plus the Inter, Sora and Noto Sans Devanagari fonts (SIL OFL 1.1). Your use of those components is subject to their respective licences. Links to external websites (for example official notifications) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.

6. “As is” & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamFitr and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed deadlines, rejected applications, data loss, or other losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles (adjust to your jurisdiction before launch).
