What else does NEET PG require?
- Uploaded photo: JPG, under 80 KB, colour, white background, face filling 70-80% of the frame, taken within the last 3 months. Selfies and spectacles are not accepted.
- Live photo: captured through the webcam or built-in camera in the form, against a white background. If it does not match your uploaded photo, the application is rejected.
- Signature: sign in black or dark blue ink inside a 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm box and crop to the box. Scanned at 200 DPI it must be under 80 KB; a camera image is to be resized to 20-100 KB. This page targets 20-80 KB, which satisfies both.
- Thumb impression: same 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm box, 200 DPI, JPG under 80 KB.
- NBEMS gives no pixel size for the photo; this page uses 350 x 450 px.
How do I resize my NEET PG files?

Can I upload a selfie for NEET PG?
No. NBEMS says selfies will be rejected; ask someone else to take the photo, preferably in a studio, against a white background, without spectacles.
Why are there two different signature limits?
NBEMS describes two methods: a phone or camera image resized to 20-100 KB, and a 200 DPI scan under 80 KB. Keeping the file between 20 and 80 KB meets both.
Are my NEET PG photo and signature uploaded to your server?
No. Cropping, resizing and compression happen in your browser. No file is uploaded or stored.
What if the NEET PG notification changes the size?
Specs can change every cycle. Check the new NEET PG notification; if the numbers differ, paste the new requirement into the tool's “Not listed?” box or type the pixels and KB — and tell us so we can update the preset.
