What else does UGC NET require?
- Photo: 10-200 KB, colour or black & white, 80% face (without mask) including ears, white background.
- Signature: the bulletin says 4-30 KB in one section and 10-50 KB in another; this tool targets 10-30 KB, which satisfies both.
How do I resize my UGC NET files?
